Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes. Should you require a return or exchange, kindly contact us at kathleen@kpjewelryco.com within 14 days of delivery, and drop items off or mail back to us within 30 days of purchase to: kp jewelry co., 108 Curzon Street, Toronto, ON M4M 3B4.

 

Do you make custom orders?

Gladly! If you would like to work together to design a piece that is all your own, head on over to our concierge service.

 

How long will it take my jewelry to arrive?

We ship your jewelry from Toronto, Canada, and aim to have your items out the door within 1 business day of your order. If you require extra-fast delivery, please let us know in the notes section at checkout or via email at kathleen@kpjewelryco.com so that we can do our best to accommodate. If you like, you can choose to track your package at checkout. 

Canada: standard delivery is 2-6 business days, expedited shipping is 2-3 business days.

US: standard delivery is up to 9 business days, expedited shipping up to 6 days.

International: shipping times will vary. 

 

What if my piece breaks?

We are happy to make a repair if that is ever required. Your pieces come with this lifetime guarantee. 

 

What does 'gold filled' mean?

Gold fill is an economic alternative to solid gold. It means that a layer of gold has been pressure bonded to another metal.

 

What is 'gold vermeil'?

Gold vermeil is a layer of gold over sterling silver. It's the highest quality of gold plating one can achieve before considering gold fill or solid gold jewelry. Over time, the gold layer is likely to wear away, revealing the sterling silver underneath.
